Welcome to The Fountains
The Fountains Manufactured Home Park is located in the heart of vacationland. It is situated in the center of the walleye capital of the world and is directly across from Lake Erie in downtown Port Clinton, Ohio. With its mature trees, wide-paved roads, seven acre pond, large lots and well-groomed lawns The Fountains MHP is one of the nicest communities in the area. This secluded adult community has a main front entrance with a remote, security gate at the rear entrance and is located next to the Fire/EMS department.
Each resident has exclusive rights to the recreation hall. It seats 40 people comfortably. It has recently been painted and new carpet installed. Its two glass doors and covered patio allows residents to enjoy the view of the pond and its fountain.
Designated park areas on both sides of the pond allows off waterfront residents access to enjoy fishing and picnicking. The park areas are connected by a newly constructed wooden bridge.
